《荀子·礼论》:“豢稻粱,五味调香,所以养口也;椒兰芬,所以养鼻也。”
椒兰殿是以湘菜为主的饮食餐厅,设计师考虑到椒兰殿的饮食特色,在餐厅色调上,采用故宫红为主色调,架起了历史与现代的桥梁,打造一家“美食+情怀”的特色餐厅。
项目位于广西南宁市历史文化街区——“三街两巷”,椒兰殿的门口能看到两扇的大红门,大红门两旁挂起了红灯笼,看着非常喜庆,给人浓厚的中式感觉。
店内采用青花瓷般的卡座,卡座上面绘有辣椒、八角、鱼等美食元素,在故宫红的色调烘托下,让顾客可以感受历史餐饮文化的灵动、气韵。

"Xunzi · Li Lun" says, "if you feed rice and sorghum, you will have five flavors, so you can nourish your mouth; if you have peppers and orchids, you can raise your nose."
Jiaolan hall is a catering restaurant based on Hunan cuisine. Considering the catering characteristics of Jiaolan hall, the designer adopts the red color of the Forbidden City as the main color in the restaurant color, which builds a bridge between history and modern times, and creates a special restaurant with "food and feelings".
The project is located in the historical and Cultural District of Nanning City, Guangxi Province - "three streets and two Alleys". Two big red doors can be seen at the entrance of Jiaolan hall. Red lanterns are hung on both sides of the big red gate, which gives people a strong Chinese feeling.
In the shop, there are blue and white porcelain like card seats, which are painted with chili, star anise, fish and other food elements. With the red color of the Forbidden City, customers can feel the agility and charm of historical catering culture.
